Bisep

My body is good But my bisep size low Ple give me any suggestion Daily doing workouts.

Hi,

As your main motive is to increase the size of bicep and triceps, then you should have your arms workout twice a weak with heavy weight training and do 10 reps in each sets.One day biceps and triceps both and along with chest day ( triceps 2 or 3 exercise) , back day( bicep 2 or 3 exercise) after chest or back. Maintain your high protein diet low fat along with correct amount of supplementation.
