Hi Bishnu, Great to see that FitFreak took this initiative, in India most of the youngsters want to build their body but lack most of the basic regime and dietary requirements. I have couple of questions:- 1. I am a regular gym goer (4-6 days a week) and its more than 1.5 years, I can see increase in weight from 62 to 72 kgs. with a bit of muscle growth. I want to increase my muscle size what to do in that manner (Currently Biceps- 14” and Chest- 40” (appox). 2. I took only Whey Proteins (ON , EAS and Muscleblaze) 6 buckets of 2.2 lbs within this span. Can you guide me if I am lacking somewhere? And which ones should I prefer. 3. Is it necessary to change the exercises on a frequent basis in gym for eg., I do 5 exercises for each of these (mentioned below) currently along with 15-20 mins warm up and after training some forearms or bit of abs (5 mins approx.) each– Monday – Biceps Tuesday – Triceps Thursday – Chest Friday – Back Saturday – Shoulders *I do not train on legs If Yes, then what should be the frequency and is there any set rule that one should do this exercise fist and then other ones? you need to start having carbs...have banana's ..whey protein...brown bread..peanut butter into your diet along with increase in protein intake...you will see some amazing results in less than 2 months...

Movie ek is about the power of a single man...its the story of a normal guy who under certain circumstances revolts back and takes everything on his hands to bring about justice and cut down the crime..its a social based crime thriller :) Im playing the lead role of the man who tries to bring about a change in the society :)

High carb day means a day when your carbohydrate intake is high and low carb means a day when you have low carbs. There is no high and low carb food.

Whey Isolate - 60 - 70 gms Creatine monohydrate - 5 gms ( do loading first) Glutamine- 5 gms post workout Multivitamins- 2 tablets .essential supplements and timing to take them to gain muscle mass and build lean body? any specific brands u would like to suggest??? plz help coz i really get confused on this.

On workout days as MuscleBlaze Createne and Glutamine suggests to take it after workout (createne - ie. 1 time 5 grams) and at morning and post workout (Glutamine 2X5 grams = 10 grams). But what should be the dosage on non workout days?

On non-training days take creatine and glutamine first thing in the morning. 5 grams each.

thank you sumit...u can get transformed in 6 months to 1 year...i would not recommend taking any steroids or injectables as it is very very harmful...nothing like being completely natural and working out hard in the gym..the kind of muscle u will build naturally will last forever...if possible do try to get hold of my dvd for more specific workout and diet and supplements info :) u can search for insane superhero workout dvd on healthkart website

functional training is more like cross fit workout...few fucn excercises are deadlifts..power cleans....overhead presses, front squats and chinups..u may include some of these post your strength training if u still have the energy left....that being said Functional training obviously has some benefit, and can be a great addition to a well-designed strength program. However, I personally feel it should never take the place of a structured strength training routine. I recommend using a combination approach, which utilizes machines, free-weights, bodyweight, balls, bands, and anything that is going to deliver the desired results.

Abid workout your arms twice a week. Do excercises incline curl, preacher curl, concentration curl, reverse underhand pulldowns, skullcrushers and dips.

Vishal stretching will not increase height. Height is determined by genetic factors.

Hi Bishnu.....Need to ask something about the ON gold standard 100% whey..... I have purchased 5 LB packs in the past and trademark over the logo has always been "TM". This time I have purchased a 10 LB pack and the trademark over the logo says "R" enclosed in a circle....Is this genuine or not? could you help on this? Also, for a ripped body, do you suggest bananas and sprouts?
