Body buliding

I have been  working for three years for building a muscular body. But even after such hard work, I cannot build the body I want, especially the abdominal part( love handles are by biggest concern) I take whey protein isolate mixed with glutamine two times daily.   Please help.

Fat loss depends on your diet. Reduce your carbs and be sure you're in a caloric deficit. The weight will come off but it will take time.

Change your workout schedule, for abs do legs raises , plank, crunch, cross crunch , 30 minutes cardio
