Build muscle

my workout program is mon- chest/ Triecps tues- back/ traps / biecps wed- shoulder / legs thu- chest/ Triecps fri-back/ traps / biecps sat-shoulder / legs I train each muscle twice a weak is it ok. it takes me abt 1hr. 30mins to complete it. i do 3 sets of it n rep is 12, 10, 8 as per set pls advise me this program is ok for me

 It looks ok, its all about how quick you get recovered from last day of training. The workout plan is basic three day split. Its good for cutting phase, if you are training for bulk train each body part once a week only with heavy weight as per your strength with 8-10 reps.
