Building the warrior physique.

I'm a state level defending kickboxer, 5'10, 71 kilos. I workout 5 days a week, and spar twice a week. Which overlap at most times. What should be my ultimate weight goal and what diet do you reccomend inlcuding calorie intake? I generally hate cardio and just warm up with 10 minutes or so of running followed by light stretching before my weight sessions. Also, should I look to cut now or bulk given that I was off of my regime for a while and have started at it again. Also I want to be visibly shredded in the next 4 months when I go for the nationals. Thanks.
