Bulging body

Sir I'm 37yr old.. I go to gym daily except sunday. I do exercise 1.15mnt.I reduced 27kg weight. My height 5'11.my question is my body doesn't get muscular... Evn aftr tkng hard workout. So plz give me some tips

Rajinder,

The problem quite obviously is lack of protein in your diet. Increase your protein and you'll see changes.

Rep range 10 except trisep 20/20/10. And focus on proper diet keep protein, carbs. Take some whey protein.. Like MuscleBlaze whye pro.
