Bulking up

Sir i want to bulk up my body what exercise what diet and which gainer i needed plzz tell.???

Hi Gaurav,

You didn't mentioned your details, go for compound movement exercises and 3 hourly diet. Use Muscle Blaze Mass Gainer XXL (2 Scoop early in the morning with milk/water, 2 scoop post workout with water, 2 scoop before bed with milk/water), Amino caps (3 caps before workout 3 caps post workout).

Hello Gaurav,

Just a suggestion, before goin for gainers, double check with your present diet and workout schedule.

Try to keep it in a natural way,

Add 4-6 eggs whites (2 whole egg along with Yolk) Banana, Milk and Curds to your Diet Plan,

Train harder with possibly light weights, check the difference yourself.

In this process you will understand yuor body type ask whether Gainer is really required..?
