Cadio before or after weight training?

Hi, there are many myths and every one have a view point in cardio, i do daily 30 to 45 mins of cardio which include running, elliptical trade mills, and many other things but just want to clear when and what need to be done when u have a goal for muscle building,

Hi Prashant,

If you need to build muscles, you need not do much cardio. Just do a little warm up for 15-20 minutes and rest you need to do muscle training.

If you want to build muscles but on the other hand you want to loose little fat as well, then either you can do cardio for 30-40 minutes early morning and gym in the evening, or you can start with little warm up, then muscle training and later you can do cardio for 30-40 minutes.
