Hi Kibriya, vegetables are good to be included in your diet in high amounts while losing weight. They can be taken as salads, soups, steamed vegetables, normal Indian veg style with limited oil. Their calories are also counted in the total calories, but they are low calorie foods with high fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Hey Kibriya, Vegetables also have calories and all the macros, may be in small amount but still they should be taken into account while making diet plan. Sometimes it is told not to count the calories and macros of green veggies as it has mostly carbs and those most part of those carbs are fibre. As some fibres are not digested by our body so it is told not to calculate the calories but all the fibres are not insoluble. So to keep off the confusion you should count the calories from green vegetables.
