Can do weight-loss by dumbells

Cardio must for weight loss or can reduce weight loss by dumbells, plates, gym equipment etc.

For weight loss you need to do combination of workout, like HIIT cardio and weight training you can do many other in combination like cross fit training. Sprint,Tabata, interval training and HIIT cardio are considered very effective in weight loss.
