Can i build muscle or fat loss same time

The key for your question is Gaining Muscle requires a calorie surplus, while Cutting Fat requires a caloric deficit, so the plan here is to follow the same under two different phases. Therefore we recommended you to lose fat first and then you may plan for muscle gaining this is one of the best process to achieve your goals.
However, we suggest you follow types of exercise that are effective for increasing BMR this will help you burn more-fat but in very small-scale.
