Can i build muscle without taking any supplement?

I am 5'8'' and my weight is 67 kg and i take 130gm protien per day with my food. I eat 500gram chicken breast regularly. So i want to ask you that if i don't take any supplement then can i build muscle??

Hi amit,

According to 5'8" your weight should around 70-72 Kg. and you protein requirment should be 120-130 grams per day. 

If you are sure that you are having  130 gm protein per day then you don't need any protein supplement  right now you have to take a liver support tablet like milk thistel only for your healthy liver functions and a multivitamin tablets too thats all.

Amit,

The ideal protein content is 1g per pound of bodyweight. Just try to hit that and you'll be fine.

No there is no need of Supliment(protein), your natural diet is good and complete. 130 gm of protein is sufficient for gaining or develop muscle in 5" 8 body.
