Can i do both cardio and weight lifting at a time

My height is 5" 8 and my weight is 85kilos but I do both heavy workout and cardio exercises heavily and also i'm using fat burner,though I'm using it results are no much satisfactory.how should I plan my workout.please give clarity for my doubt.

Hi Vishnu,

As you are looking for Fat loss, Yes you can do weight training and cardio same day. Do body part exercise then after do 10-15 mins cardio i am sure you will get better result. Stick on diet plan as well (use high protein high fiber and complex carb ). Use whey Protein Isolate, Apple Cider Vinegar 20ml early morning, use 2 green tea in a day.
