Can i gain weights in 2 weeks without gym?

Hii!! I m 23 year old gut from India..5 ft 7 inch height..and weight will be 56 kg..I want to grow biceps and body weight with abs without gym.Is this possible? Will i be able to see the changes from first week?because i eat a lot than also thin body which ashames me in public. I EVEN took protein shake but it gave me rashes in my body. I Take creatine in evenin thAt too 1/2 spoon.tell me what to do? I will be thankful for u if u bring the transformation in me as u do for others.

Hi

I think you should go for mass gainer which will give you size n shape whereas protein will not help you in that because it will just recover your muscle which break down at the time of workout.

Hi..

If you are looking for good physique , bicep and abs as well you need to workout in gym as there are different isolation and compound exersices which will help in gaing in the muscle and weight simultaneously. Along with the high calorie diet you also  need to go ahead with the mass gainer supplement which  provides you appropriate amount of carbs, protein and fat  apart from the diet . Do not replace the gainer with the meal , these are the extra supplement which provides you support from outside other than the food.Whey protein will not gonna help you much as your Ideal Body Weight is 67 kg and proteins only helps in gaining muscle.
