Can i have bread with cheese or peanut butter as preworkout?

I would like to know what can I consume as a prework out supplement. Is it boiled potatoes, egg whites, break with cheese/peanut butter/choco butter or whey protein/cretine. Regards Kishore s

I suggest you taking a black coffee without sugar /  boiled egg / an apple.
