Can i include push and pull workout at the end of week in my regular fst7 routine?

my age is 19 and i am intermediate lifter. i am doing 5 day routine and want to add push or pull workout on 6th day. can i do so? If not please let me know other alternatives.

Yes, you should be using push pull legs. Only do FST-7 for one bodypart per day. Because it's not meant to be used daily.
