Supplements are not necessary but yes supplement are beneficial for every person who want muscular body.You should take 6 rich protein diet in a whole day beacuse you need somewhere around 2 grm protein per kg of your body weight for best resultsand also you should cut down you simple carbs, simple sugar, saturated fat from your diet and take.
