Can i rest for month after 6 month training any loss of mass can happen

You can surely take a break after a prolonged training, as continuous workout makes the body tired so for refreshing it you can take rest for a month.

Generally, muscle mass is maintained through this period, and very less muscle mass degenerates, sometimes it's thinning of muscles fibers. So, follow a protein diet to maintain your muscle mass during this period.
