Can lift heavy but no muscles to show?

I can squat 110 kgs , bench 80 kg and deadlift 120 kg but I lack muscle mass and have 18% body fat .. I am fit and healthy but want to add muscles to my frame l. I'm 5'8" and 58 kg only. I go to gym regularly for weight training and for jogging to a park. I don't use supplement as of now but planning to take one. Thank you

Hi Aftab,

If you are on your ideal weight then go for a muscle builder first like MUSCLETECH Nitrotech, MUSCLEBLAZE Whey pro, RONNIE COLEMAN Proantium etc.Also take 6 rich protein diet and hit your gym minimum 6 days in a week.
