Can u suggest some foods for weight gaining..

My weight is only 49..height is 164.. Usually go to a fitness centre..

Hi,

As per your details your weight should around 60kg. You can have all the thing but make sure it would be 3 hourly. For gaining the average man needs about 2000 to 3000 calories per day. So calculate your diet calories accordingly.Food that will help you to put on your weight. Granola, Rice, Peanut butter, Bananas,  Tuna (Fish), Whole Milk/Soya Milk, Avocado, Eggs, Nuts, Dark Chocolates, Cheese, Soyabeans.
