Can we do abs and cardio on the same day?

I follow a 3-day spilt work poout routine, whcih goes as M-W-F weight training and Tues-Thurs-Sat cardio for 30 mins. My question is, is it advisable to do cardio and absexercise on the same day or so should I do abs exercise on weeight training days?

Hi Anil,

If you do cardio first, you will burn up calories first and get your muscles warmed up, THEN do your muscular strength excersices (weight lifting, abs etc.) and you will burn the fatty fat cells.

hi anil,

yes u can.  better to do cardio after  finishing ur weight training. try hiit. in ur plan on M W F u cna do weights and after that u can perform 10-15 mins cardio. on T TH SAT u can perform 10-15 mins hiit cardio n abs n again 10-15 mins cardio.
