Can we do shrugs when working out back??

I want to know that can i do shrugs when working out back and which one is beneficial with dumbells or with barbell

Yes Sagar, you can do shrugs when you working out back. Dumbbell is more beneficial compare to barbell but if u use Smith machine then it will be in more control. I m specialy use both db or Smith. Bodybuilding is simple muscle mind connection.... Just feel it & kill it. Always full in control. Be natural be healthy

Hi Sagar,

Traps and rear delts are excellent body parts to work after your back. For maximum benefit do the shrugs will a barbell because it allows you to add more weight and most commercial gyms don't have heavy dumbells to shrug with properly.
