Can we gain muscle mass while working out in morning?

Hello sir, it really matters for muscle mass gain at evening time we should workout? or we can workout anytime either in morning or evening? Also please tell me for muscle mass gain i should more concentrate on power sets with 5-6 reps range motion?

Hi Vivek,

If your schedule allows you can workout in the mornings. It does not really matter at what time your workout as long as your workout. For muscle gain concentrate on hypertrophy meaning do 10-12 reps for reach excercise for each set.

Morning time is good because that time we have more energy.. Working person always selected morning and time compare to evening. Gaining is depend on workout and diet. Time is doesn't matter. Go for 12/10/8 reps.

Hi vivek,

yes, you can we can workout anytime either in morning or evening in a day, the one thing you should keep in mind that you have suffcient energy in your body, so u can have 2 bananas before your workout or you can have a scoop of preworkout as well.
