Comfused about the protein intake

Hi  My height is 5.5 and my weight is 73 kg... I am doing gym from last 1.5 yrs. So i want to reduce 5 kgs of weight but also want to have a toned muscle. Kindly advise which protein to intake. Thanks

Aayush,

Aim for 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass. Take a whey protein supplement. I would personally recommend MuscleBlaze.
