Consumption of creatine or glutamine

Right now I am working out early in the morning. I take BCAA during the workout and Whey Protein post workout. Should I start the consumption of any one of Creatine or Glutamine to get more gains. If yes which one? Moreover is Creatine harmful? My stats: Weight 75 kg, Height 180cms
