Continued use of essential suppliments.

Hi, I am trying to reduce fat and gain muscle at the same time from last 3 months and i have been pretty successful at it. I follow strict diet and exercise regularly. The suppliments that I take are: Whey Isolate Protein after workout Bcaa Glutamine Casein protein at night I just wanted to know that, for how long can I continue taking these suppliments without a break? And when should i stop and for how long? I want to shread later that is why i was worried that whole process will take approx 6months of continued suppliment use. Will there be any harm? P.S. I drink a lot of water for natural detoxification. Thank you
