Controling body fat

I am a regular gym going person. I lost 7 kg of weight in 3 months by morning  cardio training and evening weight training. My tummy was flat. But now i can manage to go to gym one time only. I lift heavy weights and i do little cario afterwards. But i am feeling that my abdominals are getting heavier and popping out. Is there a way to manage the abs without doing a long cario?
