Creatine before and after results

Guys cany anyone please share his experience of using creatine.In terms what changes you have noticed after using the same for a period.

Creatine should be used in Two phases:

1st Loading phase: Take 15 -20 grm of creatine per day for first 7 days (7.5-10grm as pre workout with simple sugar or glucose & 7.5-10 grm with post workout supplement)

2nd Maintainance phase: Take Just 5 g with your post workout supplement for 2.-3 months
