Creatine is best for aftr or before workout and how much water to consume vill taking creatine i m fat vill i get from lean creatine

You can consume creatine pre workout with 200ml of water. Creatine provides you strength and stamina, stores water in the muscles and provides bulking to the body. It doesn't help in weight loss.
