Customized nutrition plan for me?

I am 178 cms tall, 28 years old with around 15-17 % body fat. I have been working out for last 3 yaers with supplementation. Unfortunately, I could not get my nutrition in line with my workouts. I like to lift heavy and include supersets/dropsets. But my nutrition is messed up, partly because of money constraint and partly coz I am a foody. I have started doing a little bit of HIIT. Kindly suggest me a nutrition plan which I could stick to for rest of my life, to gain muscle mass while staying lean.
