Hi,

Have your healthy meal 3 hourly approx 2200kcal from diet and do compound movement exercises, Consume Muscleblae Mass Gainer XXL (2 scoop earrly in the morning with water/milk, 2 scoop post workout with water, 2 scoop before bed with milk/water).
