Diet plan for huge chest & arms

I am going to gym 6 days in a week. Doing chest,triceps & shoulder,biceps alternatively. I am not getting the desired result. I am using On whey protein as pre & post workout. Will you please suggest me diet plan?

Your body doesn't get results until you work on your lower body as well. Follow the exercises given in our blogs for your repsective body parts:

For chest Incline bench press Incline dumbell press Flat bench db fly Butterfly Bar dips For arms Barbell curl Prechur curl Hammer db curl Reverse barbell curl Trisep dips on bar Trisep overhead extension (barbell) Rope phush down Reverse trisep cable curl Kick back 3 set in each exercise except first, which have 4 set. On trisep rep should be 20/20/10 Where is back and legs day! It also important. Whey protein is good take one scoop after work out in 15 min and one scoop in between time intervel of 6 hrs.
