Diet plan for muscle gain and fat loss

Please tell me a detailed diet plan and exercise routine to gain muscle mass and fat loss around my waist. I am an eggaterian.

Hi Karan,

Being able to eat eggs is great as it is high in protein and low in carbs. However I will not be able to help you unless you provide me with certain information:

1. Your height and weight

2. How many days can you work out for?

With both these questions answered I can provide you with detailed diet and workout plan to gaining muscle mass.
