Diet plan for weight gain!

Hi this is Shrikant, my age is 21 and I weigh 51 kg. I have to gain weight as well as muscle. I'm non-vegetarian. I go to gym in the evening at around 5:30 pm. I need perfect diet plan with timing and how much water I need to drink throughout the day. I have started ON Serious Mass.
