Diet plan

I workout early mornings every alternate day. I want to understand what would be a good diet plan for a vegetarian to follow with this exercise routine.

 Please share your credentials with us to understand what type of diet you actually require.

As a general recommendation, you can choose whole grain cereals, in case you are vegetarian and be doing workout 3-4 times a week then it's recommended to consume any protein powder as per your requirement.

Include low-fat milk and its product, whole pulses, and sprouts in your diet
