I have being dieting since 2011 n join jym 1n half years back but not able to get much results as expected....m a vegetarian I have used muscleblaze whey protein..but it was not so effective... Anyways I just lost 6 kgs in almost 5 yes...I badly desire for lean body...can u suggest me a better protein n a proper diet n sets of repition to go on with while working out on ur body...
