Diet+exercise plan

Hi, I am 30 yrs old and my weight is 72 Kgs.I have been going to gym since 3 years and follow a healthy lifestyle ( though I indulce in my fav delicacies once a while ).I go to gym 3-4 times a week.I don't see any major positive effect on my weight loss.I did super dieting and lost 5 kgs last year.But I gained back all the weight + 2kgs extra when I started my regular diet. Could you please help me with it.

And  dont do crash diets ever becuse if you do that it alwasys give instant weight loss.
