Different methods of special weight training

There ae many different methods of special weight training like drop sets , pyramid set, superset, negative reps, giant sets,forced rep etc.... but iam confused when to implement all this in my workout.....should i change and use these techniques every week in my routine or should choose one technique and use it every 3rd week alternatively  of my workout routine for  4 weeks and shift to another technique use that  technique for evry 3rd week for 4 weeks......or can i use these techniques every week in every workout ...advice i hope u understand my doubt
