Discussing my future goal.

I have just started working out. It's been only 2 months now. I started at 61, now I'm at 65.600. I'm 5'7. I don't know what should be my goal weight. Some people told me I should gain upto 70kg. I need to ask how much should I gain and what should be my fitness plan after that and how can I achieve it. Thank You.

Look in the mirror. If you think you are fat, and have visible flab on your stomach area, then cut. Otherwise do a lean bulk.
