Yes, it does. BCAA comprises of three types of amino acid namely leucine, isoleucine and valine. It provides immediate recovery to the muscles and reduces muscle damage during the workout which leads to muscle growth. It also provides instant energy to the muscle during the workout. Absorption of amino acids during muscle synthesise leads to muscle growth.
