Does daily 5-10gm creatine usuage damage kidney???

I don't have any kind of kidney problems and i have used creatine monohydrate once but if i take a weekly gap on creatine intake it becomes hard after a month of opening seal and very difficult to dissolve in water. now I had ordered creaPRO and please tell me how to use it effectively. Crea PRO  is a creatine you can consume it pre workout. Consume 5 g in 250 ml water 45 minutes before your workout for best results.

hi you can take 5 gm creatine before workout and if you are doing high intensity workout then add another 5 gm in morning an otherwise only take 5 gm.............
