Does incredio have protein in it really..??? if yes then why do we have consume whey protein.. when incredio is cheaper than whey protein.. more-over incredio has other essential nutrients too...

Hey,

So incredio's primary purpose is a meal replacement. Whey protein is used as a recovery tool for your muscles after a stressful workout. You can use both also, meaning incredio for a meal replacement and whey after your workout.
