Does prioritizing a certain lagging muscle group is efficient than working it less often or along with big muscle group?

My traps n chest at lagging

Hi Akshay,

There is no rule and regulation in bodybuilding that which muscle should be train with which . You can train any muscle group small or big with any muscle group. But legs should be train alone beacuse its largest muscle group in our body.
