Hi Sandeep,

25gm/day  of Soyabean helps to reduce the risk of heart disease due to its anti-oxidant and anti-angiogenesis activity. Soya bean also has a low glycaemic index.If you take the soybean in the recommended quantity it does not increase the estrogen level in the body.Ultimate nutrition prostar contains recommended amount of soy lecithin which acts as a binding agent and soy respectively. This supplement will not harm the body or will not increase the estrogen level .It supports muscle maintenance, buildup and toning .
