Does the order in which we exercise make a lot of difference?

Hi..Could you please tell us if exercising in a particular sequence or order affects the results of exercise? What should we do to avoid injuries while lifting weights?

Yes the order Affects your results. We normally start from Nominal workout then make it intense as body gets warm.

Also gripping must be perfect & tight while working out. You must not look here n there while working out on your body parts.
