Hi Sangram, first of all, i can proudly say that we have an Indian bodybuilder who has absolute international standards without any doubt. Keep the flag flying high.
I workout intensely by targeting one single body part a day. Do you thing while doing the last set of a particular exercise, dropset makes any difference?
Also, everyday i lift heavy weights and since i m not a bodybuilder do you suggest in following a kind of cycle like heavy weights for one month and light weight for the next month, something like that.
