Eating 120gram of protein per day, it's it gonna save my muscles...

I'm 21 years, height 5.11, weight 92 kg. I m trying to lose weight but i want to keep muscles. I Googled so many times and it always showed to me that 1.6 to 1.8 per pound of body weight to consume protein. What I'm asking is to lose weight or to lose fat how many gram of protein is enough to just save muscle. I'm 15 kg over weight. Let me show you my diet. Before workout: 1 muscleblaze extreme fat burner + jack3d (First Weight lifting then cardio)# 5am Bf: 1 cup oats@+ 5egg whites + whey isolate Snack : 4 slices of brown bread with peanut butter Lunch: 2 chapathi + 1 cup rice (dal and sabji) Snack : fruit or vegetable salad Dinner : 1 scoop casein + 5 egg whites. Pls tell where I'm doing mistake and help me...

hi suraj,

so u alrdy knw how mch protein u need to per pound of ur body weight.. so acc to u it comes around 200 gms protein. atlst try 1.5gms of protein per kg of ur body wgt...just reduce ur calories by reducing some carbs..r u VEG? pls take that whey after ur training..n there r more carbs from ur morng snacks to evng snacks...pls check that..n take casein 30 min b4 bed...
