Exercise for gaining weight and figure?

Hello..My name is Sonam..And i am very skinny and thin..I have joined gym since a week inorder to gain weight and figure..So what all exercises I should do to to make a good figure..My trainer has asked me to do abs and cardio very alternate.Can you even tell me the diet?​ ​ ​ ​ ​

Hi Sonam Yes abs and cardio must but add two main exercise like squat(free weight in starting) and bench press. Butterfly in chest is good one. For your diet , please provide your height and weight which is very helpful to calculate your daily calories and ideal weight.

Abs will not make your waits line grow and cardio will help you increase your apetite so abs workout is good . Its very common the more you workout more you will need energy and for energy you will east food. Just dont eat sweet and fried food . Indulge in protein rich diet like sprouts , rajma , eggs.

beacuse u are beginner i think you should do mix excercise for 1 month then its good to follow any workout plan.

also, i think  you should book a slot in FITX, these guys are definately help you alot tregarding you diet & traning plans too.
