Exercise routine

Sir, my height is 5.5feet, weight 80 kg, age 34. I have been gyming since 5 years but improvement is not much. Kindly suggest me exercise routine to pack muscles n lose weight. I take whey protein, creatine n glutamine. Kindly help me. Thanking you.

As per your credentials you have to gain some healthy weight, so if you do a proper weight training, then I would suggest you to include Mass Gainer along with Multivitamins & Fish Oil Capsules. For the diet would suggest you to follow a high-calorie & high-protein diet which includes banana shake, nuts & seeds, peanut butter, whole pulses, chicken, fish & egg along with brown rice.
