Fat burner can really burn fat

i want to know that how many types of fat burner is available in market ,how they work on body and they really burn fat or reduce fat % in body.I want fat burner to reduce my body fat not my weight

There are many type of fat burner but thermoganic fat burner is easily available and more popular. Thermogenic Fat Burners. Carb Blockers. Appetite Suppressants. Thyroid Regulating Fat Burners. Fat Blockers. Cortisol Blockers. Thermoganic fat burner increase the temperature inside the body and compliment to your workout like cardio or running, etc. You can take green tea 2 or 3 time a day, in morning before workout and any time.. It is helpful to reduce weight. Ya fat burner reduce fat % when you can do same efforts on workout.

Pawan,

Fat burners work well to increase the thermogenic properties of your body. However they only work when you are in a caloric deficit.
